Recruiter – High-Volume Healthcare Support Staffing (Part-Time, Remote)
About the Role
Mfinite Consulting LLC is a certified woman- and veteran-owned professional services firm supporting a state veterans home in New Hampshire with kitchen and dietary staffing. We need a recruiter who doesn't wait for applicants to come to them. You'll hunt, call, screen, interview, and close candidates for dietary aide, tray service, and kitchen support roles, and you'll be measured on one thing: reliable people who show up and stay.
This is not a post-and-pray role. If you love the phone, thrive on high volume, and get a thrill from filling a hard-to-fill shift, we want to talk to you.
Schedule & Type
Part-time W-2 position (approximately 15–25 hours/week), fully remote, with potential to extend. Sourcing focus: Tilton, Concord, Laconia, and the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.
Established independent recruiters who operate their own recruiting business are also welcome to apply; we will consider a per-placement contract arrangement for the right fit.
Compensation
- $22–$25/hour, based on experience
- $100 bonus for each placed candidate who starts work
- Additional $150 retention bonus for each placed worker who completes 30 days on assignment
- Bonuses are uncapped: the more reliable people you place, the more you earn
What You'll Do
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, community organizations, workforce centers, culinary and CNA programs, and referrals
- Make high-volume outbound calls and texts daily; follow up fast and persistently
- Conduct phone and video interviews using our structured scorecards, with a focus on reliability, work history, and attendance
- Check references and probe for no-show and early-departure patterns before candidates move forward
- Move candidates through our Manatal pipeline and coordinate with our HR compliance team on background checks and onboarding
- Keep a warm bench of pre-screened backup candidates so open shifts get covered quickly
- Report weekly on calls, interviews, submittals, starts, and 30-day retention
What You Bring
- 2+ years of high-volume or hourly recruiting (healthcare, food service, hospitality, or light industrial strongly preferred)
- A proven track record of filling roles quickly, with numbers you can share
- Strong interviewing skills and good instincts for spotting candidates who won't show up
- Comfort working independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with an ATS (Manatal a plus)
- Knowledge of the New Hampshire labor market a plus
