Client Conversion Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Client Conversion Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in converting leads into active trading accounts. As a Client Conversion Specialist, you will contact and follow up with new and existing leads through various channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and more.
Your main responsibilities will include understanding clients’ needs and objectives, presenting our trading platform and services professionally, and guiding clients through the account registration and funding process. You will also be expected to build strong client relationships, conduct structured follow-ups, and provide accurate responses to client objections.
- Convert qualified leads into funded trading accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Work closely with various teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated on market developments and competitor activities

Requirements
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Forex, CFD, online trading, financial services, or a similar sales environment.
- Proven experience in a conversion, telesales, inside sales, or client acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of the Forex/CFD industry and online trading environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Good understanding of customer onboarding and KYC procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
