**Responsibilities**
· Direct cross-functional teams in comprehensive analysis of customer product strategy, market positioning, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
· Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure timely completion of customer acquisition initiatives and contractual obligations
· Oversee product development and launch execution to ensure alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, and market expectations
· Develop and implement detailed project plans that adhere to organizational processes and governance frameworks
· Manage product release cycles and manufacturing transitions, ensuring effective change management protocols and risk mitigation
· Evaluate and optimize critical project trade-offs including cost, performance, design for manufacturability (DFM), and timeline constraints to deliver optimal business outcomes
· Establish and maintain a high-performing team environment characterized by mutual respect, professional accountability, constructive feedback mechanisms, and strategic resource allocation to consistently meet organizational commitments

• Excellent in Project Management software MS Project
What is Nice to Have
• Automotive experience is preferred.
• Team management experience is preferred.
