使用自动化承销系统（AUS）如 Desktop Underwriter（DU）和 Loan Prospector（LP）来评估贷款资格和风险。

进行放款前和结案后的审计，以识别差异、错误和欺诈指标。

审查估价报告、收入证明、信用报告和其他相关文件的准确性和完整性。

分析贷款数据和文件，以确定信用状况和是否符合承销标准，包括 LTV（贷款价值比）和 DTI（债务收入比）。

准备详细的质控报告和发现结果，记录问题并提供纠正措施的建议。

与承销团队、管理层和利益相关者沟通审计结果和发现，确保符合行业最佳实践。

技能、知识和专长

3年以上抵押贷款承销、质量控制或相关岗位经验。

3年以上使用 LOS（首选 Encompass）

熟悉抵押贷款行业法规，包括 FHA、VA、USDA、Jumbo、NON-QM 和传统贷款指南。

熟练使用行业工具和软件，如 Encompass 和 ACES（自动化合规与评估系统），以进行质量控制审查。

Join our dedicated team as a Quality Control Underwriter and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of loan quality in the mortgage industry. Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough reviews of mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with investor guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Utilize Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS) such as Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Prospector (LP) to assess loan eligibility and risk.

Perform pre-funding and post-closing audits to identify discrepancies, errors, and fraud indicators.

Review appraisals, income documentation, credit reports, and other relevant documents for accuracy and completeness.

Analyze loan data and documentation to determine creditworthiness and adherence to underwriting standards, including LTV (Loan-to-Value) ratios and DTI (Debt-to-Income) ratios.

Prepare detailed quality control reports and findings, documenting issues and providing recommendations for corrective action.

Communicate audit results and findings to underwriting teams, management, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

3+ years of experience in mortgage underwriting, quality control, or related role.

3+ years of experience with LOS (Encompass preferred)

Strong knowledge of mortgage industry regulations, including FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, NON-QM, and conventional loan guidelines.

Proficiency in utilizing industry tools and software, such as Encompass and ACES (Automated Compliance and Evaluation System), to conduct quality control reviews.
