IHSC operates a complex, nationwide healthcare delivery system, and this role helps direct the programs that modernize and sustain it.
This position directs program planning, execution, governance, and performance management, ensuring alignment with operational requirements, regulatory obligations, and executive decision-making needs. • Establish and manage program governance structures, including executive briefings, steering forums, escalation paths, and decision tracking.
  • Identify, assess, and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • Oversee program performance metrics, status reporting, and executive-level dashboards.
  • Support acquisition planning, contract execution, and contractor performance oversight in coordination with the COR.
