Supply Chain Coordinator - Temporary
Key Responsibilities
· Create and manage product SKUs
· Generate and send customer quotes for add-on orders
· Place add-on and demo orders for existing customers
· Track orders through delivery and add product serial numbers to customer specific databases
· Assist with new customer rollouts, ensuring smooth setup and ordering
· Support existing customer renewals
· Assist with subscription plan changes for existing customers
· Process customer one-time invoices
· Support equipment returns and swaps, coordinating logistics as needed
· Maintain accurate records across relevant systems throughout all the above
· Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely execution
Qualifications
· Must reside in Arizona and be available during MST working hours
· Ability to commit to the full mid-November to mid-February timeframe
· Experience in supply chain, order management, or customer operations preferred
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and customers
· Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks
· CRM software experience (Salesforce preferred)
Hourly Rate: $18/hour
Duration:Mid-November to Mid-February (exact dates TBD)
Location:Remote; Arizona residents only
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (40 hours per week)
