If you’re excited by big challenges, global impact, and the chance to grow fast with a world-class team, ARQ is the place to do it.What you'll be doingProduce 2–4 videos per week, independently, about the main use-cases in BR at the moment (e.g. Travel, Wealth, Remote Work, new products).Idea + script: generate the idea and script of the video.Production: produce the content independently with very high quality, dopaminic and that looks organic (not like an ad).Editing: handle all the editing of the video/assets delivered.Stay on top of social media trends that can be used to generate new ideas / videos.Deliver premium-quality visuals - ideally from a filmmaker or creator background.Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test and iterate creative pieces.What you'll needProven experience creating video content (e.g. content creator, filmmaker, etc).A portfolio showcasing organic or branded content with high production value.Creativity, agility, and ability to produce independently.Understanding of Brazilian digital culture (trends, humor, language, etc.).Pre-production: very strong creating new ideas and scripts.Production:You produce high quality content, independently.You execute different type of videos (UGC, Voice Over, Street Interviews, etc).Post-production: great editing that feels high quality, dopaminic and aesthetically pleasing.
