任职要求：
- 3 年以上招聘经验（代理公司或企业内部）。
- 熟悉 ATS 平台的操作。
- 在挖掘和招聘高质量候选人方面有成功经验，能够实现招聘目标并建立强大的人才库。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，以及出色的人际交往能力。
- 聪明、主动且善于解决问题。
- 能够在动态、快节奏的环境中优先处理并管理多个职位需求。
- 有高数量招聘经验。

Position Overview
Source Code is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment, working alongside experienced recruiters who are dedicated to helping you build a successful career in the industry. If you have a keen interest in people, excellent communication skills, and a desire to make an impact in the world of recruitment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
- Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
- Healthcare Recruitment preferred
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in recruiting (agency or corporate).
- Familiarity navigating ATS platforms.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates, achieving hiring goals, and building robust talent pipelines.
- Strong communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Resourceful, proactive, and creative problem-solver.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with high volume recruitment.
Nice to haves:
· Experience with Healthcare or Government/Public Sector roles a plus
