职责
- 开发定制的工作流程和脚本，自动化手动业务流程，提高效率并减少错误。
- 与业务分析师和流程负责人合作，了解业务流程并识别自动化机会。
- 将业务需求转化为技术解决方案，确保自动化方案满足组织的需求。
- 与 RPA 架构师、业务分析师和其他团队成员协作，设计和实施自动化解决方案。
要求
- 7 年以上工程相关工作经验
- 至少 2 年自动化流程相关经验
- 精通 AA 编程技能
- 有 Automation Anywhere 经验者优先。
- 熟悉云平台（如 AWS、GCP）和 CI/CD 流水线。

Responsibilities
- Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
- Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Automation process exposure
- Strong programming skills in AA
- Experience in Automation Anywhere is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
