What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Backend Go Developerto join our technology team. In this role, you will progressively take on greater autonomy in designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and scalable backend applications in Go, with mentorship from the senior team to support your continued professional growth.
You will work closely with other teams to integrate services, optimize existing components, and contribute to architectural decisions.
We are looking for someone who has already gained someinitial professional experience in backend development, has a solid understanding of API development and databases, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently.

• Develop and maintain backend components and microservices in Go, progressively working more independently.

• Design and implement clean, efficient, and well-documented RESTful APIs.

• Collaborate effectively with the Frontend teamand other technical profiles to integrate services.

• Actively participate inidentifying, debugging, and resolving technical issues in production and testing environments.

• Contribute to code reviewsby providing and receiving constructive feedback.

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and stability.

• Propose targetedimprovements to the performance of existing applications and database queries.

• Actively participate intask estimation and sprint planning within an Agile environment.

What do we value?

• 2–3 years of previous experience in backend development, preferably with Go or with experience in another language such as Java, Node.js, Python, or C#, and a recent transition to Go.

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

• Regular and confident use of Git for version control, including branching workflows, pull requests, and related practices.

• Practical knowledge of common design patterns and coding best practices, including Clean Code principles.

Nice to have

• Previous experience using Jira or similar tools such asTrello or Azure DevOps to manage and track tasks within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Knowledge of CI/CD and continuous integration practices.
