We are looking for ongoing freelance support for our marketing team.
You will work closely with us on the everyday work that keeps marketing moving: launching campaigns, updating landing pages, preparing content, working with our CRM, checking numbers and improving the way we work.
We move fast and like getting things live. At the same time, we want this to feel like being part of a team rather than receiving tasks from the outside. We share ideas, give each other feedback, solve problems together and expect everyone to contribute their perspective.
Some tasks come with a detailed brief. Others might start with two sentences and a link. You should feel comfortable getting started, figuring out what is missing and asking questions when needed. If something does not make sense, we want you to say so.
AI is part of how we work every day. We use it for research, first drafts, analysis, creative work and automation. We are interested in finding better ways of working together, and you will have room to experiment, learn and help us improve our processes.
Tasks
A typical week might include updating two landing pages, launching a new set of ads, preparing an email campaign, cleaning up CRM data, checking our latest numbers and helping prepare a presentation.

• Update existing landing pages in our CMS and publish new ones from templates.

• Upload ads and help keep campaigns running across Google, LinkedIn and Meta.

• Build and send email campaigns and newsletters, including testing, scheduling and reporting.

• Review automated reports, check whether the numbers make sense and summarize the important points.

• Draft copy for pages, ads and emails with AI and turn it into content ready to publish.

• Create ad creatives, social posts, one-pagers and slides using AI tools, templates and our brand assets.

• Research topics, competitors and markets and share the important findings with the team.

• Help us identify repetitive work that we can simplify or automate.

• Keep our marketing tools and shared workspace organized.

Requirements
You do not need to be an expert in everything below. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning, takes ownership and wants to become a real part of how the team works.

• You use AI tools regularly and understand both what they are good at and where human judgment is still needed.

• You work carefully and care about the details.

• You enjoy learning new tools and finding out how things work.

• You communicate openly when something is unclear, takes longer than expected or could be done differently.

• You are comfortable working independently, but you also enjoy exchanging ideas and solving problems together.

• You like getting things finished and seeing the result of your work go live.

• You want to develop your skills and are open to feedback and comfortable giving feedback yourself.

• You are fluent in English. German and experience is a plus

• Experinces in B2B marketing are a plus

We work at a high pace, but we do not expect people to know everything from day one. You will get to know our tools, products and way of working together with the team. The goal is to build a collaboration where you can take on more responsibility as you learn.
