你将负责：
- 定义并实施 AI 风险管理框架，确保符合监管和治理要求。
- 评估与 AI 相关的风险，包括偏见、可解释性、模型漂移、人工监督和 AI 事件管理。
- 建立并监控 AI 系统的控制措施、风险指标、合规度量和审计机制。
- 与风险、合规、安全、数据保护、审计、业务和技术团队合作，确保 AI 治理合规。
- 编制与 AI 计划相关的监管文件、风险评估、审计证据和合规报告。
你应具备：
- 工程、管理、法律、信息安全或相关领域的学士学位。
- 至少 5 年的风险管理、合规、内部审计、内部控制或技术风险方面的经验。
- 熟悉 AI 治理原则和 AI 特有的风险领域。
- 对 EU AI Act 及相关合规义务有深入了解。
- 有设计风险管理框架和控制模型的经验。
- 熟悉 NIST AI 风险管理框架、ISO 31000 和 ISO 27001。
- 有进行风险、影响和合规评估的经验。
- 了解数据保护、隐私和信息安全原则。
- 熟悉可解释性、偏见管理、模型漂移、人工监督和 AI 事件管理概念。
- 有编制监管文件和审计证据的实际能力。
- 具备强大的分析、沟通和利益相关者管理技能。
- 有内部审计或操作风险管理经验者优先。

What You'll do:
- Define and implement the AI Risk Management framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory and governance requirements.
- Assess AI-related risks, including bias, explainability, model drift, human oversight, and AI incident management.
- Establish and monitor controls, risk indicators, compliance metrics, and audit mechanisms for AI systems.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Security, Data Protection, Audit, Business, and Technology teams to ensure AI governance compliance.
- Produce regulatory documentation, risk assessments, audit evidence, and compliance reports related to AI initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Law, Information Security, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Internal Control, or Technology Risk.
- Strong knowledge of AI Governance principles and AI-specific risk domains.
- Solid understanding of the EU AI Act and related compliance obligations.
- Experience designing risk management frameworks and control models.
- Knowledge of NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO 31000, and ISO 27001.
- Experience conducting risk, impact, and compliance assessments.
- Understanding of data protection, privacy, and information security principles.
- Familiarity with Explainability, Bias Management, Model Drift, Human Oversight, and AI Incident Management concepts.
- Proven ability to prepare regulatory documentation and audit evidence.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Internal Audit or Operational Risk Management is a plus.
