What we'll expect
Consistent effort, participation in training, a willingness to connect with prospective clients and the perseverance to work through the learning curve.
You'll schedule virtual appointments, discuss clients' insurance needs, recommend suitable solutions and follow up to serve families.
Compensation and licensing
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering 100% commission-based compensation. There is no salary or guaranteed income. Commissions are uncapped, and production-based bonuses may be available.
You must hold or be willing to obtain a life insurance license at your own expense. Agents can invest in leads through the corporate office and develop business through their own networks.
We'll provide the mentorship. You bring the commitment.
