ACCOUNTANT - TECH SECTOR - REMOTE (H/O TYGERVALLEY) - R 45,000 pm

About the Role:
You’ll join a collaborative team that values curiosity and initiative. In this mainly remote position, you’ll oversee core accounting functions and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounting function up to trial balance for multiple entities
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and reconciliations
- Handle month-end close processes, including journal entries and variance analysis
- Partner with operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Liaise with external auditors and advisors as needed
Requirements
- A relevant accounting qualification (SAIPA/ACCA/CIMA/ or equivalent)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a full accounting role
- Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills (and experience with cloud-based accounting systems is a plus)
- Clear communication, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
