职责：支持区域付费广告团队，管理并优化TikTok、Meta、Twitter和Reddit上的付费社交活动。协助活动设置、监控和日常表现跟踪。收集并整理活动数据用于报告和分析。在导师指导下学习并应用付费社交广告的最佳实践。记录流程、操作和活动经验。与创意和活动团队合作，确保及时交付素材。参加团队会议和培训，以提升付费广告知识。协助广告文案和创意测试项目。根据需要为付费广告团队提供一般行政支持。主动识别提升活动表现和团队效率的机会。

You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.
