Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, support and resolve issues on production UiPath automations
- Build and enhance automations under the direction of the UiPath Lead
- Carry out root cause analysis and document fixes in the support runbook
- Hand over clearly to the next shift so support stays continuous
- Support Power Platform solutions where required
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of hands-on UiPath development (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework)
- Experience supporting automations in production
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- UiPath Associate or Advanced Developer certification
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
This role requires working in shift aligned with Eastern Time support requirements. An indicative IST shift structure could be:
- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm IST
- 5:00 pm to 1:00 am IST
- 1:00 am to 9:00 am IST
