What You'll Do
In this role, you'll speak with families, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their available coverage options. You'll help answer questions, explain programs clearly, and provide professional support throughout the process.

- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort working online
- Reliable work ethic and strong time management
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
