Work From Home | 1099 Independent Contractor | Flexible Schedule After Certification
Are you fluent in English and Spanish and confident speaking with people over the phone? We're looking for motivated bilingual professionals to make outbound calls and schedule appointments for members to receive free in-home healthcare evaluations.
If you enjoy helping others, achieving goals, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, this opportunity could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
· Make outbound calls using a cloud-based dialing system
- Communicate with members in both English and Spanish
- Educate members about the benefits of a free in-home health evaluation
- Schedule appointments for qualified members
- Answer questions and professionally address objections
- Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details
What We're Looking For
· Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day
- Sales or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required
- Goal-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
