The Clinical Specialist is responsible for supporting Masimo Products and maintaining customer relationships with a variety of clinicians and other key stakeholders.
This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Sales Team located in East London and working remotely to cover Eastern UK territory.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Be responsible for educating Masimo customers on our products and solutions.
- Training new and potential users will be an important aspect of the position; thus an ability to transfer knowledge is a must.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products, training of existing partner sales force and in-service end-users. PowerPoint presentation skills will be necessary to communicate Masimo’s vision and value proposition.
- Leading on organising and running customer evaluations/deployments alongside the Account manager to educate and position Masimo technology in real world use cases.
- Be part of a professional team and will partner with the efforts of others in the region to advance sales and market penetration of Masimo products and solutions.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Nurse diploma. Other disciplines considered depending on experience and expertise.
- Min 2-3 years in direct critical care, NICU, PICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit) or similar clinical environment.

The Clinical Specialist is responsible forsupporting Masimo Products and maintaining customer relationships with a variety of clinicians and other key stakeholders.
This position reports to the Manager and is part of the Sales team located in Indonesia and will be an remote role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Acquire the knowledge and become an expert of Masimo Technology and Products.
- Ability to perform in the Project Management Role, Lead Clinical Specialist Role, or Clinical Specialist Resource Role for on-site implementations, evaluations and additional projects within the scope of this job description.
- Coordinates the equipment needs of the implementations with Masimo Corporate headquarters.
- Coordinates with the health care facility and OEM partners in order to provide a successful transition to Masimo Products.
- Coordinates with the Management Team to secure resources to support projects.
- Maintains an on-going relationship with Masimo customers to meet or exceed their expectations.
The essential requirements of the job include:
· 2 years’ experience in the medical field.
· Registered Nurse, Certified Respiratory Therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist, EMT, Paramedic, Anesthesia Tech or other health care related field.
· Effective presentation skills with ability to articulate complex and key concepts to multiple types of decision makers;
· Highly organized with both a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize;
· Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Ability to travel within assigned territory
