Toplent helps companies scale faster by connecting them with exceptional remote professionals from SEA, LATAM, and South Africa. We are currently collaborating with a client who is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team on a full-time remote basis.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in leveraging data to provide actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
💼 Responsibilities:
- 📊 Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights
- 📑 Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business units
- 🔍 Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making across departments
- 📈 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement
- 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance, operations) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
- 🛠️ Support data governance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- 💡 Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement through BI tools and analytics
🛠️ Required Skills:
- 📚 Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- 📊 Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- 🖥️ Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
- 📈 Solid understanding of statistics, data modeling, and analysis techniques
- 🗂️ Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- 💬 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- 👩💻 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently
- 🌐 Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
