- 擅长进行大量电话沟通和付款安排。
- 能够专业地处理具有挑战性的对话。
薪资与工作时间
· 薪资范围：每小时18.00至20.00美元（根据经验而定）。
- 工作时间：每周20至25小时。
- 时间安排：灵活，但要求在东部时间周一至周五上午9点至下午5点之间进行催收电话。
- 地点：100%远程办公。

Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Collections Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will primarily focus on contacting clients to collect payments and provide excellent customer service. If you have experience in customer service or call center and are comfortable making high volume phone calls, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
· Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email to collect payment terms and resolve issues related to past-due accounts.
- Provide clear and accurate updates on the status of accounts.
- Maintain detailed notes on client’s interactions and payment arrangements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth resolution of overdue accounts.
- De-escalate client concerns on billing matters.
- Data entry of accounts receivable by recording payment transactions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Preferred: Two years of debt collection, phone customer service, or finance experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable making high-volume calls and payment arrangements.
- Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
Compensation & Schedule
· Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience).
- Hours: 20 to 25 hours per week.
- Schedule: Flexible but require collection calls to be made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
- Location: 100% Remote.
