The Vice President, Payer Engagement leads post-contract payer partnerships and executive health plan relationships to drive value-based care success and practice participation. In this high-visibility role, you'll serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior health plan executives, translating post-contract relationships into lasting, mutually beneficial success for practices, payers, and Aledade alike. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution—leading governance forums, shaping Medicare Advantage strategy, and rallying cross-functional teams around a shared vision for better outcomes. If you're energized by building high-trust executive relationships, driving measurable results in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment, and leading a team that thrives on collaboration and impact, this is your opportunity to shape what payer partnership looks like in value-based care.

Who We Are:
Aledade PBC, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care.
