职责和工作内容包括：

负责4-6个活跃的职位空缺，另监控最多3个被动职位，跟踪招聘流程，创建长名单和短名单

在多个招聘网站和社交媒体上进行人才搜寻和整体人才获取（创造性思维和跳出常规是巨大优势）

处理大量邮件、LinkedIn聊天和其他渠道的信息（不使用自动回复：））

预约并进行电话/Zoom/Google Meet/Skype面试

向客户和求职者提供和接收反馈

指导和协助候选人优化简历以更好地展示自己

客户会议

基础的GDPR合规性（获得候选人的同意和/或在法律规定的时限内处理数据删除请求）

要求：

有中高级招聘经验，最好在iGaming或IT领域（最好有2年以上经验）

精通并深入理解人才搜寻流程，包括搜索、识别和联系潜在候选人（LinkedIn、Jooble、Behance、Dribble、Indeed、Facebook等社交平台，布尔逻辑、筛选器等）

具备出色的沟通能力，能够在品牌规范下提供顶级的面试体验

细致且分析能力强的人

对数字产品开发和团队有真实的理解

有可证明的招聘成果档案（如果受NDA限制，可以用匿名化的故事形式）

熟悉技术，具备显著的技能和创造力

友好且有结果导向的人

至少20mbps下载/5mbps上传的稳定网络连接

安静的家庭环境/家庭办公室

可靠的IT设备（电脑/笔记本、耳机等）

We're looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team. If you want to be a part of a very successful cool frienly business, and work with some of the biggest businesses in iGaming and blockchain technologies, then this opportunity may be the perfect one for you.
Duties and responsibilities include:

Taking ownership of 4-6 active open positions, with addition of monitoring up to 3 passive ones, monitoring the pipelines, creating long lists and short lists

Sourcing and overall Talent acquisition (creativity and thinking outside the box is a massive plus) across multiple Job boards and social media

Personalized dealing with large numbers of emails, LinkedIn conversations and other channels (no autoreply :) ).

Booking and conducting phone/Zoom/Google Meet/Skype interviews.

Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants.

Advising and assisting the candidates with formatting their CVs to better present themselves

Client meetings

Basic GDPR compliance (acquiring candidate's consent and/or resolving the data removal requests in the legal time frame)

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience with mid-to-senior Recruitment, ideally in iGaming or IT (ideally 2+ years)

Expertise and in-depth understanding of sourcing processes, searching for, identifying and contacting potential candidates is essential (LinkedIn, Jooble, Behance, Dribble, Indeed, Facebook and other social, Boolean, filters...)
