- 提供结构化的书面反馈，供工程和产品团队执行
**知识贡献**
- 对标注指南和边缘案例定义提供专家意见
- 在指导存在歧义时提出澄清性问题，并帮助完善指南
## 必要资格
- **医学博士（MD）**，已完成**急诊医学住院医师培训**

**Pay:** $150-$170 per hour (USD).
Mercor is hiring **board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians** on behalf of a healthcare AI partner building advanced clinical documentation tools. In this role you will apply your emergency department expertise to **review, annotate, and evaluate clinical documentation**, directly shaping the accuracy, safety, and clinical usefulness of medical AI systems.
## Key Responsibilities
**Clinical Documentation Review**
- Review ED clinical documentation and patient charts for accuracy, completeness, and clinical soundness
- Evaluate AI-generated ED summaries against what a practicing emergency physician would expect to see on arrival
**Annotation & Structured Feedback**
- Annotate clinical encounter data against detailed guidelines
- Flag omissions, hallucinations, clinical inaccuracies, and documentation gaps in AI-generated output
- Provide structured, written feedback that engineering and product teams can act on
**Knowledge Contribution**
- Contribute expert input on annotation guidelines and edge-case definitions
- Raise clarifying questions where guidance is ambiguous and help refine the guidelines
## Required Qualifications
- **MD** with a **completed Emergency Medicine residency**
- **Board-certified in Emergency Medicine**, with **2–3+ years of practice as a board-certified ED physician**
- **US-based**
## Preferred Qualifications
- Prior **AI/ML annotation or model evaluation** experience
- Experience **synthesizing patient charts into ED arrival summaries**
