要求
我们寻找
- 经验：在 IT 和非 IT 招聘领域均有 3 年以上经验。
- 熟练使用技术：熟练使用 LinkedIn Talent Solutions 进行人才搜寻，并能通过 Teams、Zoom 或 Skype 进行面试。
- 优秀的沟通能力：具备出色的英语口语和书面表达能力。
- 行业洞察力：深入了解 IT 和非 IT 职位的岗位需求和评估标准。
- 人脉高手：有证明的能力去建立并维护稳固的专业人脉网络。
加分项

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing and conducting interviews via Teams, Zoom, or Skype.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Industry Insight: Deep understanding of job requirements and assessments for IT and Non-IT roles.
- Networking Pro: Proven ability to build and maintain a solid professional network.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a growing tech organization.
- Additional language skills (e.g., German or Russian).
- Previous experience in client communication.
