你将负责：

  • 从头到尾领导和监督软件开发项目。
  • 作为内部团队与客户或利益相关者之间的主要联络人。
  • 与利益相关者合作定义项目范围、目标和交付成果。
  • 制定详细的项目计划，包括时间表、里程碑和资源分配。
  • 识别潜在风险并制定缓解策略。
  • 推动团队使用的Agile、Scrum或其他框架的最佳实践。

我们希望你具备：

  • 在分布式团队中管理软件开发项目的4年以上经验。
  • 对软件开发流程、方法和生命周期（SDLC）有深入理解。
  • 熟悉Agile和Scrum框架，包括冲刺计划和回顾会议。
  • 熟练使用项目管理工具（Jira、Trello、Asana）。
  • 有版本控制和问题跟踪系统的经验（如Git、Jira）。
  • 对软件系统有扎实的技术理解。
  • 英语流利（C1-C2级），书面和口语表达能力优秀。

加分项：

  • 拥有Scrum Master认证者优先考虑。
  • 计算机科学、软件工程、商业或相关领域的学位。

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing software development projects to join our team.
What you'll do:

  • Lead and oversee software development projects from start to finish.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients or stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Promote best practices in Agile, Scrum, or other frameworks used by the team.

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience managing software development projects across distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Experience with version control and issue-tracking systems (e.g., Git, Jira).
  • Solid technical understanding of software systems.
  • Proficiency in English (C1-C2), both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

  • Scrum Master certification is highly valued.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
