高级全栈开发工程师(PHP/Laravel,男女不限)
Senior Fullstack Developer PHP/Laravel (m/f/d)
Intro
Do you want to work on a **legal-tech application** that functions as a **digital legal department** for **e-commerce companies**? Do you think of systems from the data model to the user interface, enjoy designing technical solutions, and take responsibility for ensuring they are actually implemented that way in the end? Then you are exactly the right fit as a **Senior Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) / Senior Web Developer PHP/Laravel (m/f/d)** at **Händlerbund**!
With us, you will develop a **platform that digitally maps and automates legal processes**. From creating legal content through contract and review processes to data protection and security questions. This includes interfaces and plugins through which our content reaches our members' shop systems, as well as integrations with partner systems. The goal is to turn complex legal requirements into reliable, understandable and efficient digital workflows.
In this role, you take on the **technical leadership of projects** that we implement in small project teams: you design solutions, are responsible for their implementation, guide other developers in the project, and keep everyone involved up to date on the status. You implement smaller projects completely on your own; for larger ones, you work in a team with **Laravel** and **Livewire** in the stack.
Your Tasks
- **Technical Design:** Analysis of requirements, design of the solution architecture, definition of data models and interfaces, and estimation of effort for features and projects.
- **Ownership of Implementation:** Responsibility for ensuring a project makes it from design to go-live. Breaking down and prioritizing tasks, keeping track of progress, making technical decisions, and removing blockers.
- **Guidance & Knowledge Transfer:** Professional leadership of other developers in the project through clear technical guidelines, pairing, and code reviews on both backend and frontend. Knowledge about architecture and decisions lands in the team and in the documentation, not just with you.
- **Reporting:** Regular, understandable reports on status, risks, and next steps to the Team Lead, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
- **Fullstack Development:** Implementation with Laravel, Livewire, Alpine.js, Flux UI, and Tailwind CSS. Smaller projects independently from start to finish, larger ones within the project team.
- **Partner Connections & Integrations:** Solution evaluation, implementation, and documentation of interfaces to partner and third-party systems.
- **Architecture & Technology Evaluation:** Helping shape architecture, development standards, and tooling; evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and AI use cases with regard to their concrete benefit for the product and team.
Your Profile
**Technical**
- **Several years of experience with PHP & Laravel:** Development of web applications across the entire stack, ideally with Livewire, Alpine.js, Flux UI, and Tailwind CSS on the frontend.
- **Design & Technical Leadership:** Experience in developing technical concepts and being responsible for their implementation, either alone or as technical lead of a project team.
- **Code Reviews across the entire stack:** Practical experience reviewing backend and frontend code and the ability to give feedback in a way that helps others grow.
- **Testing Experience:** Confident use of PHPUnit or Pest and experience with testing strategies in larger codebases. Tests are part of the implementation for you, not rework.
- **Databases & APIs:** Confident handling of relational databases, data modeling, and API design.
- **Agile Teamwork:** Experience in agile teams, ideally with Scrum, including close collaboration and continuous exchange.
**Nice to Have, but not a must**
- DevOps experience: cloud systems, PaaS platforms, containers, CI/CD, or Linux server administration (e.g. DigitalOcean and Laravel Cloud)
- Experience with shop systems and developing plugins or apps for them (e.g. Shopify or JTL)
- Feeling for UX and experience designing user-friendly interfaces
- Experience with event-based architectures, queues, or asynchronous processing
- Experience integrating LLM APIs into product features (prompting, evaluation, guardrails)
**Personal**
- **Ownership:** You feel responsible for the outcome of a project, from the first sketch to go-live and beyond, not just for your own tickets.
- **Systemic Thinking:** You see the effects of changes across component and team boundaries.
- **Structured Communication:** You prepare the status of a project in an understandable way for technical and non-technical stakeholders, even when something is not going according to plan.
- **Pragmatism:** You find the balance between a clean solution and pragmatic progress.
- **Knowledge Transfer:** You enjoy passing on knowledge and making others in the team better, for example through reviews, pairing, and documentation.
- **AI as a Tool:** You use AI tools naturally in everyday development and soberly assess where they bring real value in the product and where they do not.
Why Us?
**Code. Chill. Repeat.**
- **4 Days Code – 3 Days for Yourself:** At our company, the 4-day week is the standard. Not a gimmick, but reality. You work remotely or in our Leipzig office, wherever you perform best. Flexible hours, no micromanagement, full personal responsibility. And yes: permanent from day one.
- **Your Stack, Your Style:** We value smart solutions, clean code, and people who think ahead. Want to co-decide, experiment, and not just work through tickets? Here you go. Plus: mentoring, further training as needed, and room for real development.
- **Remote First, Team Always:** Despite remote work, the team spirit remains. We celebrate releases, grill in summer, and raise a glass to great ideas. Your office dog is just as welcome with us as your favorite editor.
- **Professionalism:** Real quality instead of show-off. We live agile development with clear iterations and direct feedback. You work with modern, professional tools, with clear roles and responsibilities; you know exactly what your job is and have the freedom to do it the right way. Clean code, smart decisions, and a team that works together. Professionalism here means you can focus on what you do best: developing.
- **Snacks, Swag & Soft Drinks:** Fruit, muesli, coffee, water – all free. No dress code. Come as you are. The main thing is that you feel comfortable.
- **Perks that make a difference:** Daycare subsidy, support with retirement provisions, Leipzig job ticket, or sports offers for your balance – from home gym to fitness studio for mind and body.
