AlphaGov is engaging a Sexual & Reproductive Health Training Specialist for current state public health work. A state department of public health needs a training program for its comprehensive sexual and reproductive health program.
We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.
What you'll do

• Design and deliver training for clinical and community providers on sexual and reproductive health

• Develop curricula, e-learning, and evaluation tools

• Build provider capacity on Title X / family planning, STI, and adolescent health standards

• Track participation and outcomes and report to the agency

• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming

Requirements
Required

• At least 5 years of professional experience in sexual and reproductive health program training or technical assistance

• Adult learning / curriculum design experience

• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant

Nice to have
- Title X training-center experience
- MPH or clinical credential

• Health equity and trauma-informed practice expertise
