Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on driving sales growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT solutions, a proactive approach to achieving targets, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the sales team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote sales and service existing clients based on their requests and needs.
- Maintain accurate client records, including contact databases.
- Build and sustain positive business relationships to ensure repeat and future sales.
- Expedite resolution of client issues to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified schedule.
- Develop strong client relationships to maintain high service levels and loyalty.
- Prepare sales orders, job sheets, and marketing tracking documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in IT or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an IT Sales Representative.
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, resourceful, and innovative.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to support and coordinate with the sales team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Network/Security products is an added advantage.
