Workster is partnering with a leading European customer experience solutions provider to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Representative for a prestigious automotive brand known for innovation, premium quality, and exceptional customer experience.

Your Role

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

• Use your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot issues and guide customers.

• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer journey.

• Stay informed on new products and updates to deliver up-to-date support.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1), both spoken and written.

• Good command of English (B2).

• Experience in customer service or call center roles (automotive experience is a plus).

• Passion for automotive topics and tech-savvy mindset.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
