The right candidate will be an experienced and independent professional who can build, own, and manage a qualified pipeline while working effectively across a matrixed organization. They will bring strong new-business discipline, the ability to activate internal account relationships, and the commercial judgment to pursue opportunities across Enterprise accounts, strategic partners (CrowdStrike), cross capability and other relevant channels.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and develop a qualified pipeline of new Cyber and Data Resilience opportunities.
  • Effectively pitch the Cyber and Data Resilience capabilities, services, and value proposition.
  • Build or already have a set of existing target buyers (e.g. CISO, CIO).
  • Partner with Enterprise account leaders to identify priority accounts, map buyer relationships, and develop coordinated account and pursuit strategies.
  • Enable the Enterprise channel to bring Cyber and Data Resilience capabilities to market through account planning, opportunity development, client engagement, and internal alignment.
  • Build relationships with senior Enterprise buyers, including CISOs, CIOs, risk leaders, legal stakeholders, and other relevant decision-makers.
  • Pursue opportunities beyond the Enterprise channel, referrals, strategic partners, and other priority routes to market.
  • Collaborate heavily with cyber practitioners and solution engineering through the full sales cycle.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Work with internal teams and our clients to reach mutually beneficial business relationships.
  • Maintain knowledge of current market conditions.
  • Undertake account management of existing and newly acquired clients including selling additional services.
  • Participate in lead generation activities, including events and prospecting campaigns.
  • Maintain highly responsive and professional communications with clients and prospects.
  • Use Salesforce.com and other tools to document sales activities.
  • Close new sales opportunities and achieve annual quota.

ESSENTIAL TRAITS:

  • Have 15+ years related experience in cyber security and / or services sales.
  • Demonstrate consistent over-performance and target achievement.
  • Prior experience selling complex services to large Enterprise organizations and Private Equity clients, particularly in North America.
  • Expertise in consultative selling with the ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions that provide long-term value.
  • Demonstrate exemplary written and oral communication skills.
  • Experienced in proposal and contract preparation.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, Enterprise account leaders, practitioners, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Must be adaptive, enthusiastic, and have the drive to succeed.
  • Must be able to think independently and make sound decisions.
  • Must be proficient in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and able to learn new sales tools.
