Data Standards & Interoperability:
· Define and maintain enterprise standards for inbound and outbound data exchanges.

  • Establish governance for data formats, field definitions, mapping requirements, validation rules, and business logic.
  • Develop and maintain integration documentation, interface specifications, and data dictionaries.

Data Ingestion & Workflow Enablement:

  • Own product capabilities that support ingestion and management of patient, member, provider, eligibility, claims, laboratory, pharmacy, and device data.
  • Work closely with Clinical Operations to ensure data supports patient identification, outreach, engagement, documentation, and reporting workflows.
  • Ensure data quality, completeness, timeliness, and usability for care teams.
  • Prioritize enhancements that improve clinical efficiency and reduce manual operational processes.

Partner Support & Operational Excellence

  • Establish monitoring, alerting, and operational workflows for data exchange processes.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans for data quality or integration failures.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop and deliver scalable platform capabilities supporting current and future customer needs.
  • Balance customer-specific requirements with long-term platform standardization goals.

Requirements and Experience:
· 5+ years of Data Management experience.
