· 为一名高密度住宅过户组合的过户助理律师提供日常行政支持。
· 协助完成过户文件的全流程管理,确保准确性、合规性以及事务的及时推进。
· 通过电话、电子邮件和短信与客户、房地产经纪人、中介和内部利益相关者进行专业沟通。
· 按照隐私和合规要求,维护准确的客户记录并管理机密信息。
· 高度准确地进行客户验证,并收集关键的房产和交易信息。
· 在交易生命周期中准备、更新和整理过户文档和电子文件。
· 支持结算活动,包括协助 PEXA 流程及相关行政任务。
· 提供卓越的客户服务,同时满足关键绩效指标,并为协作的团队环境做出贡献。

As our Conveyancing Administrator, your duties will include:
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to a Conveyancing Paralegal across a high-volume residential conveyancing portfolio.
· Assist with the end-to-end administration of conveyancing files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression of matters.
· Communicate professionally with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and SMS.
· Maintain accurate client records and manage confidential information in accordance with privacy and compliance requirements.
· Conduct client verification and collect key property and transaction information with a high level of accuracy.
· Prepare, update, and organise conveyancing documentation and electronic files throughout the transaction lifecycle.
· Support settlement activities, including assisting with PEXA processes and related administrative tasks.
· Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting key performance indicators and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Your experience and skills:
You'll stand out if you're someone who naturally thinks ahead, identifies opportunities before they arise, and takes ownership of delivering exceptional outcomes. · A minimum of 2 years Queensland conveyancing experience.
· At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, providing written and telephone support to Australian, New Zealand, or UK customers.
· Proficiency in Actionstep, PEXA and M365 applications
· A demonstrated track record of delivering outstanding customer service and building trusted client relationships.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, anticipate challenges, and implement practical solutions.
· A proactive mindset, consistently taking initiative and acting on opportunities to improve outcomes without requiring direction.
· The ability to anticipate the needs of clients and team members, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and adapting to changing business needs.

This role works mostly in a WORK-FROM-HOME SETUP and to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:
