**主要职责：**
- 设计、实施和自动化大规模分布式系统。
- 构建工具和自动化流程，帮助 Five9 实现更高的可用性、可扩展性、低延迟和效率。
- 与工程团队合作，在快节奏的环境中交付高质量的软件。
- 监控生产及开发环境，建立预防措施，提供无缝的客户体验。
- 与交付团队合作进行软件改进，以提高可用性并降低 MTTD。
- 参与值班轮班（8 小时班次，每周 7 天，每 3-4 周一次）。
**关键要求：**
- 7 年以上公有云经验（GCP 或 AWS）。
- 7 年以上私有云经验（Openstack、VMware ESXi）。
- 7 年以上 Linux 经验（Centos/Ubuntu）。
- 7 年以上网络经验。
- 使用 Kubernetes、Helm、GKE 和 Docker 进行容器编排和管理。
- 具备 Gitlab、ArgoCD、CI/CD 方法论及工具的经验。
- 具备基础设施即代码（Terraform）经验，以及 Python 或其他脚本语言。

We are actively seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Product Engineering Core DevOps team. At Five9, we work in small teams and move fast to drive our products and business to the next level. We look for crucial skills in team members such as a problem-solving mindset and intellectual curiosity, along with comfortable integration into a deeply collaborative system that rewards impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implementation, and automation of large-scale distributed systems.
- Build tools and automation that help Five9 achieve higher availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency.
- Work with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor production and development environments to build preventive measures and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Work with delivery teams on software improvements to achieve higher availability and lower MTTD.
- Participate in on-call rotation (8h shift, 7days a week, every 3-4 weeks).
**Key Requirements:**
- 7+ years of public cloud experience (GCP or AWS).
- 7+ years of private cloud experience (Openstack, VMware ESXi).
- 7+ years of Linux experience (Centos/Ubuntu).
- 7+ years of networking experience.
- Orchestration and management of containers using Kubernetes, Helm, GKE and Docker.
- Experience with Gitlab, ArgoCD, CI/CD methodologies & tools.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Python or other scripting languages.
- Experience with Ansible config management tool.
- Experience with Prometheus/Loki/Alertmanager/Grafana observability tools.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Incident Management Process, SRE best practices and continuous improvements.
- Experience designing large scale distributed systems.
- Familiar with DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies and best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
