The Role
This is a true 360 recruitment position combining both business development and recruitment delivery.
You will be responsible for building your own client portfolio, developing long-term relationships with companies across the APAC market, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions for your clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both sales and recruitment and wants to have a direct impact on the growth of a business.
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients across the APAC region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Develop strategic partnerships with companies across various industries
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound activities
- Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements
Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement
- Source, assess, and interview candidates
- Present qualified candidates to clients
- Manage offer negotiations and closing processes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines within your specialized markets
Market Development
- Develop expertise within selected industries and market segments
- Monitor hiring trends and market developments
- Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market conditions
- Contribute to the growth strategy of the APAC business
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment agency or executive search within tech industry.
- Experience in business development and client management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluent English required
- Experience within the APAC market
