### **Overview**

We are looking for individuals with established experience in financial consulting, who hold a valid OCF (Organismo Consulenti Finanziari) certification and MiFID (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive) certification, and who are interested in a unique professional opportunity that combines entrepreneurship and stability in the right mix!

### **What your tasks will be**

Joining our branches will allow you to:

- effectively develop your portfolio
- practice your profession autonomously, supported by a solid corporate entity
- work in synergy within the branch, participating in objectives and related bonuses, sharing training, and engaging in numerous exchange opportunities with Area Directors and Senior Global Advisors

### **Who we are looking for**

People who want to continue investing in their professional development and possess:

- a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, political science, or law
- a five-year diploma in economics or finance
- at least 3 years of experience in the role with a loyal client portfolio
- successful completion of the exam and registration with the OCF register to perform the role, including off-site MiFID-certified offerings, with valid certification

- You will be an employee, acting as a manager in our branches across the country, with a permanent vertical part-time contract (two days a week) that includes:
- for this scope, a gross annual salary of €14.260, supplemented by what is indicated below for the Agency contract

- For the remaining time, you will be a Global Advisor – Financial Advisor authorized for off-site offerings with an Agency contract (VAT number), exclusively for Intesa Sanpaolo, with the possibility of building a portfolio of selected clients and obtaining remuneration linked to its profitability, oriented towards rewarding top professionals, receiving a guaranteed minimum for the first six months of activity and specific bonuses in case of portfolio expansion.
