Do you know what product management is really about? If you do, then you know it isn't roadmaps, tickets or beautifully groomed backlogs. It's finding a real, expensive, unglamorous problem that people live with every day - and shipping something that makes it go away. That is product.
At Shape Construction, we are building software that transforms how construction projects are delivered. It's born out of real project experience and designed to bring clarity, structure and performance to complex environments.
The problem we are solving is one of the oldest in the industry: what actually happens on a construction site never makes it, intact, to the people who need it. Supervisors, field engineers and site managers see reality first: work blocked, plans deviated from, instructions given verbally, conditions nobody planned for. That knowledge lives in heads, notebooks, camera rolls and group chats. Meanwhile the people responsible for the commercial health of the project are working weeks behind, from whatever fragments they can piece together. By the time anyone needs to prove what happened, the evidence has gone cold.
We are building the platform that closes that gap. Tools the site genuinely wants to use, capturing what happens as it happens, and then turning that raw signal into structured, trustworthy records that let commercial and project leadership make decisions, hold their ground and protect margin they would otherwise have written off.
This is your opportunity to own a core part of that. You won't be handed a roadmap to administer, you'll shape it, defend it, and be measured on whether customers are genuinely better off.
