We have a full marketing production team. Content, design, web, video, product marketing. We have a sales team sitting ready to take meetings. What we don't have is anyone whose entire job is filling the funnel.
So the pipeline gets built the hard way, one cold call at a time, while the inbound machine that should be feeding it doesn't exist yet.
We want one person to build it, own it, and be measured on what comes out of the end: qualified demos landing in the sales team's calendar.
