**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a **Social Media Senior Manager** to our **Marketing** team in **US**!
The US is one of Wellhub's largest, most dynamic, and most socially engaged markets—and we're looking for a Senior Manager of Social Media who will own the shaping and execution of our social media strategy locally. In this role, you'll partner closely with our Senior Director of Global Social Media to bring the US strategy to life—creating platform-specific content, developing cultural relevance, supporting local influencer and ambassador programs, and elevating Wellhub's presence across key platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. You're someone who lives and breathes social. You understand US culture deeply. You know how to move fast, test fearlessly, and capture moments in real time. You have a video-first mindset and love being behind—and occasionally in front of—the camera. This is a high-visibility role where your creativity, agility, and understanding of US social trends will directly influence how millions of consumers, partners, and companies experience Wellhub.
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Localize and operationalize Wellhub's US social media strategy, building regionally relevant content plans for B2C, B2B, and B2P audiences.
- Manage the US editorial calendar, ensuring seamless alignment with global priorities, launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
- Concept, script, shoot, and edit content optimized for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, using the in-house production studio to bring fresh ideas to life.
- Capture spontaneous, social-worthy moments across the New York office, events, studio sessions, and partner activations.
- Identify US cultural trends, memes, humor, and moments Wellhub can authentically participate in, adapting global narratives to fit the US social landscape and audience expectations.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep Wellhub culturally and creatively ahead.
- Support the development and execution of US influencer and ambassador programs, partnering with creators and wellness influencers who authentically represent the brand.
- Manage briefings, content feedback, deliverables, and performance tracking for creator partnerships.
- Collaborate with US marketing, sales, people, PR, and partner teams to amplify locally relevant moments, and work closely with the global creative team to align content quality, storytelling, sonic identity, and brand voice.
- Support country leaders and internal spokespeople with social content, thought leadership, and engagement guidance.
- Track and report on performance metrics across awareness, engagement, growth, and sentiment; test new formats, creative variations, and posting strategies; and conduct social listening to guide content direction.
- Oversee proactive community management across US channels—engaging in conversations, responding to comments, and cultivating brand advocates—while ensuring alignment with global crisis and response protocols.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- You have 7+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing—ideally in fast-moving B2C or lifestyle brands.
- You're fluent in US social culture, humor, trends, and how different audiences behave online.
- You're a video-first creator who is comfortable planning, shooting, editing—and occasionally stepping in front of the camera.
- You're obsessed with social platforms: their algorithms, nuances, and emerging formats.
- You understand how to speak to diverse audiences—consumers, HR leaders, corporate buyers, wellness partners.
- You're highly creative, but also organized and able to manage calendars, workflows, approvals, and reporting.
- You excel in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and aren't afraid to test new ideas.
- You're a collaborative team player who values feedback, teamwork, and cross-functional partnership.
- You're proactive, curious, and passionate about wellbeing and digital storytelling.
