- 在SAP Ariba和SAP ECC/S4 HANA系统中创建、签发和管理与研发或项目相关的采购订单（PO）。
**供应商关系管理**
- 推动新供应商的纳入，解决采购订单异常（规格、发货问题），并根据工作范围更新付款条款。
- Ariba发票处理。
- 从发票中输入SAP数据。

**Associate Finance**
**What you will do**
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be:
**PO Creation & Management**
- Creating, issuing, and managing R&D or project-related Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 HANA systems.
**Supplier Relationship Management**
- Facilitating new vendor inclusion, resolving PO exceptions (specs, shipment issues), and updating payment terms per the scope of work.
- Ariba Invoice Processing.
- SAP data input from Invoices.
**What we expect of you**

**Basic Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree
OR
Associate’s degree and 4 years of procurement operations, vendor management, or project coordination experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 6 years of procurement operations, vendor management, or project coordination experience
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing (if relevant).
- Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Downstream Buying and Invoicing) and SAP ERP systems.
- Procurement Knowledge: Familiarity with purchasing processes, vendor management, and supply chain logistics.
**Soft Skills:**
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Strategic thinking.
- Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
