职责与责任
- 按照BSI的要求进行管理体系评估，涵盖ISO/IEC 27001（信息安全）、ISO/IEC 20000（IT服务管理）和ISO 22301（业务连续性）相关标准。
- 准备评估报告并向客户传达评估结果，确保客户理解评估决定，并在适当的情况下明确指出具体的纠正措施方向。
- 建议证书的发放、重新发放或撤销，并按照BSI政策、程序和规定的时间框架报告建议。
- 根据需要领导评估团队，确保团队成员得到充分的准备，以保持服务质量，并在与客户及团队内部维持有效的合作关系。
- 建立并发展有效的合作关系，确保商业关系稳固，并鼓励业务拓展机会，提高所负责客户的满意度。
- 提供准确及时的信息以支持服务工作，与他们紧密合作，确保客户记录更新完整，并满足所有其他内部信息需求。
- 计划/安排工作量，充分利用自身时间并最大化创收活动。
- 维护并提升评估技能以及技术和管理体系标准的知识。
- 通过业务拓展、销售和客户服务人员为客户提供技术支持。
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历；IT、信息安全或计算机科学相关专业。
- 持有ISO/IEC 27001、ISO/IEC 20000和/或ISO 22301资格；IRCA注册审核员、CISA或CISSP，持有香港认可的审核员资格者优先。
- 英语口语和书面沟通能力良好；能说中文者优先。
- 有数字信任、IT信息安全或AI经验者优先。

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Undertake management system assessments in accordance with BSI requirements, covering ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security), ISO/IEC 20000 (IT Service Management) and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) related standards.
- Prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the assessment decision and clear direction to particular items of corrective action where appropriate.
- Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BSI policy, procedures and prescribed time frame.
- Lead assessment teams as required, ensuring that team members are adequately briefed so that quality of service is maintained and that effective working relationships are sustained both with clients and within the team.
- Establish and develop an effective partnership which secures the commercial relationship and encourages opportunities for business development and increased client satisfaction with clients in your portfolio.
- Provide accurate and prompt information to support services, working closely with them to ensure that client records are up to date and complete and that all other internal information requirements are met.
- Plan/schedule workloads to make best use of own time and maximize revenue-earning activity.
- Maintain and develop assessment skills and technical and management system standards knowledge.
- Provide technical support to clients through business development, sales and customer service staff.
Person Specification
- Bachelor degree or above; Degree in IT, Information Security or Computer Science related.
- A professionalwith qualification of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000 and/or ISO 22301; IRCA-registered auditor, CISA or CISSP, holder of a Hong Kong–recognized auditor qualification is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English; can communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
- Experience in the digital trust, IT information security or AI is preferred.
