KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 使用Go（Golang）设计、构建和维护后端服务。
- 开发高效、可靠且高性能的解决方案，满足产品和业务需求。
- 与关系型数据库模式协作，并使用PostgreSQL优化查询。
- 与跨职能团队合作，构建可扩展、可维护的系统。

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4年作为后端或系统开发人员的经验。
- 精通Go（Golang）。
- 熟悉PostgreSQL（模式设计、性能调优、高级查询）。
- 对使用C或C++进行系统级编程有深刻理解。
- 有构建可扩展、分布式系统或微服务的经验。
- 熟悉并发模型、内存管理和网络概念。
- 对技术充满热情，自我驱动，积极主动，具有“建造者”思维。
OPTIONAL / NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- 了解Cassandra或其他NoSQL数据库。
- 了解AI/机器学习工作流程或集成AI服务的经验。
- 使用Kubernetes、Docker或云原生开发的经验。

We're now expanding our commercial presence in San Francisco and looking for someone who can help us build and scale our Enterprise and B2B motion from the ground up..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang).
- Develop efficient, reliable, and high-performance solutions that meet product and business requirements.
- Work with relational database schemas and optimize queries using PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, maintainable systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.
- Contribute innovative ideas, improvements, and best-practice solutions to the team.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of experience as a backend or systems developer.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning, advanced queries).
- Strong understanding of system-level programming using C or C++.
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems or microservices.
- Familiarity with concurrency models, memory management, and networking concepts.
- Passionate about technology, self-driven, and proactive with a "builder" mindset.
OPTIONAL / NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Knowledge of Cassandra or other NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to AI / Machine Learning workflows or integrating AI services.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-native development.
- Performance optimization and low-latency system development.
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech projects.
