#### Job Description
**Job description**
We are looking for a **Backend Software Engineer** to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and evolution of scalable and reliable solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with **.NET backend development and cloud technologies**, with an interest in leveraging **AI-assisted development tools and practices**, including Claude, AI agents, and skills, to improve engineering productivity and software delivery.
The role requires close collaboration with **Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders** to understand business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to technical decisions.
We are also looking for someone who can have a positive impact on the engineering team by **supporting and mentoring less experienced developers**, sharing best practices, providing thoughtful code reviews, and helping raise the overall technical quality of the team.
