**Job description**
We have an opportunity in Analytics within the Data Intelligence team, an area responsible for data analysis and structuring, as well as the development of new features. If you enjoy studying and are always willing to seek new knowledge, this could be your place. We work with different types of information and are always looking for new data sources. As this is a development-focused area, it is extremely important that you are able to innovate and propose new solutions. For this, having knowledge in the credit, collections, or insurance areas is a major differentiator. Among your main day-to-day activities, we can highlight:
- Study of new data sources;
- Structuring of databases;
- Construction of variables based on Feature Learning;
- Evaluation of performance and adherence of features in score models;
- Creation of new solutions for all market segments using statistical techniques;
We are looking for a professional who possesses knowledge in data manipulation, statistical modeling, and Big Data. A completed higher education degree in a STEM field and knowledge of Python programming are required.
Regarding your personal profile, it is important that you are analytical, have the ability to adapt, are proactive, take initiative, and love new challenges.
