工作内容

- 保持对静脉治疗、全肠外营养(TPN)、心脏/阿片类药物输注、静脉抗生素、化疗等知识的掌握。
运营卓越
- 准确及时地记录干预措施和临床操作。
- 与医生和护士有效沟通。
- 确保符合HIPAA、药房法规和客户政策。
技术与专业技能
- 在VPN、自动化系统和多个PIS平台之间工作。

Overnight Remote Staff Pharmacist
Location: Remote, anywhere within the US
Schedule: 7 on/7 off
Licensure Requirements: Active IL, NE, HI, IA, CA pharmacist license required.
About the Role
Join our telepharmacy team as a Remote Staff Pharmacist, supporting multiple hospitals across several states. You’ll leverage technology and clinical expertise to verify medication orders, support care teams, and ensure safe, high‑quality patient care from a fully remote environment.
What You’ll Do
Telepharmacy Services
- Complete remote order entry, order verification, and drug verification.
- Transitions of care medication reconciliation.
- Navigate multiple pharmacy information systems (PIS).Clinical Support
- Provide drug information and therapeutic guidance to providers.
- Assess medication appropriateness, dosing (including renal/hepatic adjustments), interactions, and compatibilities.
- Support specialized populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, pregnant/nursing patients, HIV, and those with renal/hepatic impairment.
- Maintain knowledge of IV therapies, TPN, cardiac/narcotic drips, IV antibiotics, chemotherapy, and more.
Operational Excellence
- Document interventions and clinical actions accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and nurses.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, pharmacy laws, and client policies.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Work across VPNs, automation systems, and multiple PIS platforms.
- Use applications such as Google Suite/Microsoft Office and Snagit.
- Maintain required licenses, credentials, and system access.
Training & Performance
- Participate in ongoing training (clinical, PIS, and policy updates).
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
- At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- Active and in good standing IL or CA state pharmacist license required
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (IA, NE, HI)
- Strong clinical knowledge and comfort working across multiple systems
- Ability to work hours that may include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 54 - 91 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
