Overview
Flexible Worker Contract
Location:Remote (travel will be required to attend in person assessments)
About the role
We’re seeking Independent End Point Assessors (IEPAs) to join our End Point Assessment team to deliver the following standards:
- Level 2 and 3 Customer Service
- Level 3 Business Administrator
In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future workforce by assessing apprentices at the final stage of their journey. You'll use your industry knowledge and professional expertise to evaluate performance, maintain quality standards, and support learners in demonstrating their competence.
Whilst this is a flexible worker role, during the period of allocated work we require availability between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday to be able to carry out reviews. Please make sure you can commit to this before applying.
How you'll make an impact:
- Delivering EPA in line with the Level 2 and 3 Customer Service and Level 3 Business Administrator standards
- Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
- Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
- Communicating with apprentices, ITP’s and employers on EPA and grading
We'd love to hear from you if you offer the following:
- A recognised Assessor qualification
- At least 2 years' assessing experience (assessing end point is advantageous)
- At least 2 years’ occupational experience within the Business and Customer Service industry
- A full, clean driving licence and have flexibility to travel across your region for face-to-face assessment delivery
- A Level 2 Functional Skills English and maths or GCSE grade C equivalent
- A commitment to ongoing CPD relevant to the standards being assessed
- Excellent IT skills and be competent with using systems such as Teams, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
