You'll collaborate closely with the Group HR Controller, country HR Heads, project teams, and multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
Must have:
· Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark in production environments
· Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python for processing, transforming, and analyzing large-scale datasets
· Experience working with complex, messy, incomplete, or inconsistent data, identifying issues and driving data quality improvements
· Ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
· Experience participating in data migration, integration, or transformation projects
· Practical experience designing and implementing data validation, monitoring, governance, and quality control mechanisms
· Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences
· Experience creating clear documentation, including data mappings, business rules, data dictionaries, and process documentation
· Strong analytical thinking combined with attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy
· Understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles
· Fluent Polish and English (C1+)
· Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and solve complex problems.
· Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly within professional workflows.
Nice to have:
· Practical experience with a global HRIS (HR Information System)
· Experience building data solutions in cloud-based platforms
· Experience creating Power BI dashboards and semantic models
· Experience working in international or multi-country environments
· Knowledge of process mining, process improvement, or business process optimization
Why InPost?
· An international, cross‑functional environment with experienced engineering leaders.
· The opportunity to work on products used by millions of users across Europe.
· Real ownership and influence over teams, technical direction, and long‑term solutions.
· Flexible working model with remote options in Poland.
· A strong engineering culture focused on quality, collaboration, and impact.
· We offer a B2B contract.
