主要职责：
- 在 AWS 上设计、部署和维护安全、可扩展的代理工作流，以自动化现有的人工驱动工作流。
- 与 AI 团队合作，开发并发布 Artera 的 OCR 工具。
- 将销售、财务、客户成功和实验室运营部门的需求转化为范围明确的工程交付成果，具备清晰的 SLA、可观测性和回滚路径。
- 开发 Artera 下一代健康系统集成基础设施（HL7、FHIR）。
- 使用 AI 代码生成和其他 AI 辅助开发工具加速交付，生成、审查和重构 Python 代码。
经验要求：
- 计算机科学、软件工程或相关领域的学士学位，或等同的实际工作经验。
- 5 年以上专业软件工程经验，负责交付和运行生产系统。
- 精通 Python。
- 有在云环境中（AWS 优先）领导设计、开发和部署生产级高可用软件系统的经验。
- 有版本控制（Git）、CI/CD 流水线和自动化测试的经验。
- 具备良好的书面和口头沟通能力；能够直接与财务、技术产品管理及外部供应商合作。
期望经验：
- 有 AWS 和 ECS 经验
- 有与医疗系统或健康数据接口交互的经验

About Us: Artera is an AI startup that develops medical artificial intelligence tests to personalize therapy for cancer patients. Artera is on a mission to personalize medical decisions for patients and physicians on a global scale.
As we scale, our core infrastructure must seamlessly handle complex workflows spanning billing platforms, electronic health record systems, and varied healthcare vendor networks. We are hiring a Software Engineer dedicated to building, optimizing, and automating Artera’s foundational data pipelines end-to-end—with an initial, heavy focus on agentic workflows.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Architect, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable agentic workflows within AWS to automate existing human-driven workflows.
- Develop and launch Artera’s OCR tooling, with support from the AI team
- Translate requirements from Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Lab Operations into well‐scoped engineering deliverables with clear SLAs, observability, and rollback paths.
- Develop Artera’s next generation of health system integration infrastructure (HL7, FHIR).
- Use AI Code-gen and other AI‐assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, generating, reviewing, and refactoring Python code.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping and operating production systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Demonstrated experience leading the design, development, and deployment of production-grade, highly available software systems in the cloud (AWS preferred).
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work directly with Finance, Technical Product Management, and external vendor counterparts.
Desired Experience:
- Experience with AWS and ECS
- Experience working with GraphQL and REST APIs
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with HL7, FIHR, and Electronic Health Record (ECR) integrations
