你将负责
- 从假设到生产，全程负责为欧洲数千家公司使用的產品交付功能。
- 通过快速实验验证假设，主导产品探索。
- 与客户、合作伙伴和销售保持密切联系，发现真实痛点。
- 设计并实现跟踪功能，以支持数据驱动的决策。
- 在整个技术栈上构建软件，并通过发布推动架构选择。
- 平衡即时验证与长期可扩展性，优先考虑实用解决方案。
- 在大规模承诺之前进行实验和轻量级原型开发。
- 主动承担责任，推动项目进展，无需等待批准。
我们寻找的人选
- 3年以上产品工程经验，能够全程交付功能。
- 全栈经验，熟悉Node.js、TypeScript、NestJS和React。
- 有集成或使用大型语言模型的经验者优先。
- 德语水平达到B2级或以上，英语用于团队和产品沟通。
- 有从生产发布中主导软件架构的实际经验。
- 适应初创环境，具备务实、数据驱动的思维。
- 有提取并主导相关指标的经验，基于数据进行迭代。
薪酬与福利
年薪范围8万欧元-12万欧元。在高增长环境中提供股权。签证赞助：不提供。

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a fast growing AI powered B2B SaaS startup as a founding product engineer, collaborating with a small team to ship end to end features for a German focused AI phone assistant used across Europe. You will own initiatives from idea to production and help scale the product and its adoption.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own features end to end from hypothesis to production for products used by thousands of companies in Europe.
- Lead product discovery by testing hypotheses through rapid experiments.
- Maintain close contact with customers, partners, and Sales to surface real pain points.
- Design and implement tracking to enable data driven decisions.
- Build software across the stack and drive architecture choices through release.
- Prioritize pragmatic solutions balancing immediate validation with long term scalability.
- Run experiments and lightweight prototypes before large scale commitments.
- Take ownership and move initiatives forward without waiting for sign offs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of product engineering experience delivering features end to end.
- Full stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Experience integrating or working with large language models is a strong plus.
- German language proficiency at B2 level or above, with English for team and product communication.
- Hands on experience owning software architecture through production release.
- Comfort in a startup environment and a pragmatic, data driven mindset.
- Experience extracting and owning relevant metrics to iterate based on data.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range €80K-€120K annually. Equity available in a high growth environment. Visa sponsorship: not provided.

Work arrangement: remote first, with CET overlap; optional office access in Vienna. Primary location: Germany.
