German Speaking Sales Advisor WFH
Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our dynamic remote team as a Sales Representative, where your language skills and people-first attitude will help drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, including orders, complaints, and general support.

Sales Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
·
Issue Resolution: Turn challenges into opportunities by offering thoughtful, solution-oriented responses.
·
Feedback Loop: Capture and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
·
Order Review: Support customers with design and order queries to prevent issues before they arise.
Requirements:
· Fluent in German and English (read, write, speak)
· Basic proficiency in English for internal communication
· Previous experience in customer support or a related field is desirable
Soft Skills:
· Strong customer orientation with a genuine desire to help and support
· Friendly, supportive, and patient demeanor
· Excellent result orientation and problem-solving mindset
· Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
· Efficient and diligent working style with strong organizational skills
